PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film that exhibits excellent heat resistance and processability and is industrially manufacturable while retaining chemical resistance, electric properties and surface properties inherent in polyester films, and a manufacturing method of the film. SOLUTION: The crystallized polyester film is composed of a resin composition comprising 50-100 wt.% of polytrimethylene terephthalate and has a plane orientation coefficient of at most 0.03. Preferably, the film has a thickness of 1-2,000 μm and gives a heat shrinkage ratio of -1 to 1% in the longitudinal direction (MD) and the transverse direction (TD) of the film when heat-treated at 150°C for 30 min.
