PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable alcohol composition brought to form a stable foam and reduce dripping from a dispenser in preparing the same by dispenser including a foam pump. SOLUTION: The foamable composition comprises at least about 40% alcohol, a foaming surfactant selected from siloxane polymer surfactants, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoterically ionic fluorosurfactants and their combination and, if needed, a polymeric or an oligomeric foam stabilizer.
