PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure fluid bearing motor, which enables a thin disc device (HDD) by materializing a small volume of dynamic pressure fluid bearing which does not have a taper seal part outside itself and to provide a thin HDD. SOLUTION: A thin recording disc device is materialized by materializing a dynamic pressure fluid bearing of such axial rotation structure that a rotating shaft, which has a section of larger diameter than that of an opening within a closed region having only one opening, faces a closed region constituting member, rotatably having a narrow clearance, that it keeps surplus lubricating fluid in small space which has a tilt clearance, a ventilating means to outside, and a lubricating fluid path at the end of the center shaft, and that it supplies the fluid to a bearing part, making use of centrifugal force at rotation.
