<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP communication device which requires a less load of answer processing such as address setting. <P>SOLUTION: The IP communication device includes a network interface section which sends and receives IP packets through an IP network and a central arithmetic processing unit which performs arithmetic processing of data included in the IP packets; and the central arithmetic processing unit supplies an address allocated to the network interface section to the network interface section, which holds the allocated address, extracts network control packets corresponding to the allocated address from a plurality of IP packets arriving through the IP network, and generates and supplies answer packets corresponding to the contents of the network control packets through the IP network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
