<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver easy to use for a user. <P>SOLUTION: The broadcast receiver 1 comprises a storage means 13-15 for storing a character information associated with a broadcast station established at a channel number; a setting means (control means) for inheriting and establishing a channel number of a broadcast station of the same series when a broadcasting region is changed; based on a series information on a broadcast station before the change and a series information on broadcast station after the change; and a display means 7A for displaying the associated character information on the broadcast station before inheritance memorized at storage means 13-15, when the channel number of broadcast station inherited and established by the setting means is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
