<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a transmission device capable of keeping excellent EMC characteristics even if the number of cables to be connected are increased; and a subrack. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission apparatus has a back wiring board, a first connector provided in front of the back wiring board, and the subrack 100 provided with a second connector that shares a contact with the first connector provided on the backside of the back wiring board. An electronic circuit unit 300 is connected to the first connector of the back wiring board in the subrack 100. In addition, a connector unit 200 is connected to the second connector of the back wiring board in the subrack 100.
