PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based sealing composition excellent in adhesiveness to coating materials and stain resistance to the coating materials and especially useful as an underlying material for the coating materials. SOLUTION: The polyurethane-based sealing composition comprises (A) a polyisocyanate compound and/or a urethane polymer, and (B) a full ester of an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol with an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid. The full ester (B) is preferably a diester of a branched saturated divalent alcohol with a branched saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid.
