PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence on an experimental result caused by the member supporting the experimental object in the fluid which is exposed to the flow of the liquid. SOLUTION: The measuring device 3 is arranged outside of the liquid flowing in the water channel 2a. The end part of the measurement object 5 is connected to the measuring device 3, while mooring the testing object 5 with the linear member 4 arranged in the same direction as the direction of the fluid flowing in the water channel 2a, the measurement of the fluid force acting on the testing object 5 in the flow of the liquid suspended in the water channel 2a is performed.
