PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head structure in which a constituting member of a cylinder head has a divisional surface composed of a plane so as to facilitate machining. SOLUTION: A cylinder head 10 is provided with a plurality of ports such as a suction port 11 and an exhaust port 12. An upper port part 10b and port part 10c are respectively equipped with a divisional surface B-B are molded, and connected to each other in the divisional surface B-B in the cylinder head mechanism of the cylinder head 10. At least one of a plurality of ports such as the suction port 11 and exhaust port 12 is provided with a port cross section 25 formed in an inner periphery so that a first straight line part 20a and second straight line part 20b are situated parallel to each other. A port divisional plane constituting a part of the divisional surface B-B passes through the first straight line part 20a and second straight line part 20b of the port cross section 25.
