PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which is capable of immediately stopping leakage of an impregnant if the impregnant leaks from the ground, and starting re-injection of the impregnant immediately after stopping the leakage. SOLUTION: There is provided a chemical feed pipe which is inserted and arranged in an impregnant feed pipe having an impregnant discharge port and a chemical discharge port, for feeding a chemical. The chemical feed pipe has a chemical discharge port, and when the chemical is discharged via the chemical discharge port of the chemical feed pipe and the chemical discharge port of the impregnant feed pipe, the impregnant discharge port formed in the impregnant feed pipe is blocked with the chemical feed pipe. On the other hand when the chemical is not discharged, the impregnant discharge port formed in the impregnant feed pie is not blocked with the chemical feed pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
