PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside insulation structure of an anti-termite foundation, which ensures outside insulation by simple construction, and which can inhibit the intrusion of termites above the foundation by surely repelling them. SOLUTION: In this outside insulation structure of the anti-termite foundation, heat insulating materials 2a and 2b are mounted on the outer surface 10 of the foundation of the building. Termite repelling members 3a and 3b with heat insulation properties are continuously mounted at the upper edges of the heat insulating materials, respectively; and the upper edges of the termite repelling members are formed along the upper edge of the outer surface of the foundation, so that the outer surface of the foundation can be covered with the termite repelling members and the heat insulating materials.
