PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine room structure of a vehicle which efficiently suppresses a temperature rise in an engine room of a vehicle enabling a blow hole for cooling to be difficult to be formed at the upper part and the rear part of the engine room. SOLUTION: The engine room structure of the vehicle 1 allowing an engine 7 to be mounted rearward is provided with the engine 7 arranged in the engine room 2, an exhaust device 8 which is mounted rearwardly of the engine 7 and arranged in a vehicle width direction, an opening G<SB>5A</SB>at one side formed at one side of the engine room 2, an opening G<SB>5B</SB>at the other side formed at the other side, a blower which introduces open air into the engine room 2 from the opening G<SB>5A</SB>at one side and blows toward the other side of the engine room 2 to forcedly exhaust inner air from the opening G<SB>5B</SB>at the other side to the outside of the engine room 2, and connecting parts 9, 13 which are arranged between the opening G<SB>5A</SB>at one side and the opening G<SB>5B</SB>at the other side and connect the engine 7 with the exhaust device 8.
