PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular actuator mounting structure capable of arranging a master cylinder and a slave cylinder across a wall, considerably enhancing the degree of versatility of a vehicle layout, and easily and reliably fitting a grommet to an opening of the wall. SOLUTION: An opening 42a of a wall 42 is formed to have a size through which a master cylinder 10 with a pipe 40 and a hose 41 connected thereto can be passed. A grommet 50 is composed of a grommet body 53 for closing the opening 42a, and an inner member 54 to be engaged with the inner circumferential side of the grommet body 53. The grommet body 53 has a flat plate part 53a, lip seal parts 53b, 53c, a circumferential groove 53d for fitting the inner member 54 therein, and a pipe holding cylinder 51. In addition, the inner member 54 has a frame body 54a, a flange 54b fitted to the circumferential groove 53d, and a plurality of engagement parts 54c engaged with the inner circumferential edge of the opening 42a. The engagement part 54c has an elastic claw piece 54d, and an engagement projecting part 54f engaged with the inner circumferential edge of the opening 42a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
