PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a muntin sheet manufactured by slicing a muntin body. SOLUTION: The method comprises the process of manufacturing the muntin body 1 in which an arbitrary muntin pattern is formed by combining many muntin pieces 3a, 3b, the process of coating an upper surface of the muntin body 1 with a reinforcing layer forming material to form a reinforcing layer 5, the process of drying the reinforcing layer 5, and the process of slicing the upper surface of the muntin body 1 together with the reinforcing layer 5 to form the muntin sheet 4. A cutting reaction force in slicing the muntin body 1 is dispersed on the reinforcing layer 5 formed so as to coat the muntin pieces 3a, 3b, and almost the cutting reaction force is supported by the reinforcing layer 5. Therefore, each muntin piece 3a, 3b is not dispersed by the cutting reaction force to enable a slicing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
