The unit has a supply passage (61) to supply a working fluid from a working fluid reservoir to a control valve (74). A pump (71) is provided in the passage, and pumps the fluid in the reservoir to a vapor-fluid separating region (73). Another pump (72) provided in the passage pumps the fluid in the separating region to the control valve. Another control valve (75) provided in a discharge passage (62) is operated to switch the discharge passage between two discharge passages (62a, 62b) to permit the flow of the fluid, such that the fluid is sucked into an intake region of the former pump.
