<p>A reaction chamber used in a carbon nano-tube production system is provided to easily open and close a heater for heating a reactor and to be useful for a great scale of production by fabricating the reactor, the heater surrounding the reactor, a locking device for the heater and a switching assistant device in the reaction chamber. The reaction chamber(100) consists of: a reactor(120) for receiving a synthetic substrate(10) and generating carbon nano-tubes on the substrate; a heater part(140) having upper and lower portions(142,144), which is arranged to enclose an outer part of the reactor, hinge-coupled at one side of the heater part and rotates around the hinge to be released and connected together; a locking device(160) that is fixed to the other side of the heater part to lock the upper portion to the lower portion; and a switching assistant device(150) that applies a constant extent of force to separate the upper portion from the lower portion as the upper portion is connected to the lower portion.</p> |
