PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new beverage container with a drinking straw in which film fragments of an inserting hole of the beverage container is prevented from falling into the beverage as a foreign substance while the tip part of the straw inclines aslant as an inclining part as a conventional straw and the tip is not processed specially for providing a fine structure, and provide the drinking straw. SOLUTION: The tip part 13 of the drinking straw 12 is composed in a tapering-off shape and the tip of the tip part 13 is formed aslant as a tip inclining part 14 and the diameter dimension of the tip inclining part 14 of the tip part 13 is smaller than the diameter dimension of the straw inserting hole 3 of the container 1.
