<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness routing structure for preventing a wire harness routed across a floor and a slide seat from being broken, and saving a space. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness routing structure routes the wire harness across the floor and the slide seat 10 of a vehicle. The slide seat 10 includes a pair of guide rails 14 fixed on the floor, and a seat body 12 forwardly and backwardly slid on a pair of the guide rails 14. The wire harness routing structure is provided with a floor wire harness 18 extended from the floor, a seat wire harness 17 extended from the slide seat 10, a coupling connector 19 attached to the guide rails 14, connected to tip connections of the floor wire harness 18 and the seat wire harness 17 and electrically connecting both of them, and a holding means 16 attached to the bottom of the seat body 12 and holding the seat wire harness 17.
