<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle structure of a seat belt for a seat equipped with a buckle to move interlocking with a forward tilt of a seat back, capable of precluding occurrence of the buckle interfering with the occupant when seated. <P>SOLUTION: The buckle structure 61 of the seat belt 11 is equipped with a tilting mechanism 95 to tilt the left buckle body 67 or center buckle body 68 of the seat belt 11 in such a way as interlocking with the forward tilting operation of the seat back 52 coupled with the seat cushion 48 with possibility of tilting forward, and with a coupling mechanism 65 to couple the seat back 52 with the left and center buckle bodies 67 and 68 through an energizing means 97. When the occupant re-seats himself deeper, the left and center buckle bodies 67 and 68 rotate against the buckle energizing means 66 to reduce stimulus.
