<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label printing system, a label printing method, and a label printing program capable of easily printing a label composed of various constituting elements including not only character information but also images or the like such as photos, characters or the like, using, as an input tool for label printing, a portable communication terminal hand-carried by a user. <P>SOLUTION: This label printing system comprises a portable communication terminal and a label printer. The portable communication terminal has a constituting element kind selection means for capturing at least one or more selected label constituting elements, a content information capturing means for capturing content information corresponding to each constituting element kind, a print data production means for producing print data from each content information, and a terminal side short-distance wireless communication means for executing short-distance wireless communication of the print data.
