<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film superior in cushioning properties, mold releasability, heat resistance and anti-staining properties, facilitating the manufacture of a printed board having a precise pattern without forming a flaw such as wrinkles, a crack, etc. to the circuit of the printed board and easily subjected to disposal treatment, a manufacturing method of the mold release film and a manufacturing method of the printed board using the film. <P>SOLUTION: The mold release film has at least one layer comprising a resin composition containing 30-100 wt.% of polytrimethylene terephthalate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
