PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric sounding body module which is thin in thickness and excellent in mounting property while ensuring sound pressure characteristics, and to provide a sounding structure and an electronic apparatus utilizing the piezoelectric sounding body module. SOLUTION: The sounding body module 10 is constituted by sticking a piezoelectric diaphragm 12 in which piezoelectric elements 20 and 40 are stuck to each other on front and rear sides of a diaphragm 14, a holding member 50 and an acoustic space forming member 60 together. The holding member 50 has a window 52 and a lead-out part 54 so as not to disturb the vibration of the piezoelectric diaphragm 12, and the acoustic space forming member 60 has an acoustic space 62, a lead-out part 64 and a sound conduction path 66. When the piezoelectric diaphragm 12 and the acoustic space forming member 60 is stuck on the holding member 50, the thin sounding body module 10 having sound conduction path 66 in advance is formed.
