PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush valve device capable of forcedly stopping a water supply by an operation of a user partway through a duration of the water supply after the water supply has been started by the operation of the user. SOLUTION: In the flush valve device 10, the second head race 60 is provided in addition to the first head race 20 and, at the same time, an emergency stop valve 62 which is usually maintained in a closed state and is opened on the basis of manually operated is provided on the second head race 60. An amount of introduction of water to a pressure room 18 is increased by its forced valve opening to open a main valve 14, and the emergency stop of the water supply can be made.
