SOLUTION: The organometallic complex containing a structure represented by general formula (1): wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>indicate each independently any one group selected from among a halogen group, a -CF<SB>3</SB>group, a cyano group and an alkoxycarbonyl group; R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>indicate each independently either a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and M indicates an element that belongs to either the group 9 or the group 10 of the periodic table.
