PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated building plate not largely impairing a coating appearance even if a coating position of a colored pattern is slightly deviated relative to a recession/projection pattern in the coated building plate in which the colored pattern is formed by an ink jet system while synchronizing it to the recession/projection pattern of a building plate. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the coated building plate in which the coating is applied to a surface of the building plate 1 having the recession/projection pattern formed so as to be provided with a projection 6 and a recessed groove 7 by an ink jet type coating machine 2. In the adjacent projection 6 and the recessed groove 7 of the building plate 1, the projection 6 and the recessed groove 7 are coloring-coated by different colors. Further, on a standing up surface 8 between the projection 6 and the recessed groove 7, the linear pattern 9 along a longitudinal direction of the projection 6 is coloring-coated by the ink jet type coating machine.
