An apparatus is provided to achieve improved work efficiency by automatically transferring punched sheets of paper onto a conveyor belt without stopping a punching process. An elevating panel(100) is arrange at an outlet side of punched sheets of paper(102), and receives the punched sheets of paper. The elevating panel is lowered by stages when the elevating panel is loaded with the punched sheets of paper, and suddenly lowered upon reaching a predetermined height. As the elevating panel is suddenly lowered, a piece of support cloth(108) tightly coupled between a first roll(104) and a second roll(106) is quickly moved to the discharge position between the elevating panel and the punched sheets of paper so as to temporarily receive the punched sheets of paper until the elevating panel moves upward. When the elevating panel has reached a position for receiving the punched sheets of paper, the support cloth moves to the original position, and the temporarily received punched sheets of paper are dropped to the elevating panel. |
