A portable blanket is provided to improve convenience in use by easy portability and safekeeping and a warmth keeping function for various body parts, and to prevent the blanket from falling down in use. The portable blanket includes: a blanket body(10) made of a thermal material, and formed in a regular shape so as to cover the body; and a decorative body(20) formed on one side of the blanket body, and having a bag formed therein for receiving the blanket body. The portable blanket further includes a pair of foot bags(30) connected to the other side of the blanket body for keeping warmth of the foot, and a connection band(40) for performing a handle function in carrying and keeping and a function for preventing the blanket from falling down in use by being formed on the decorative body or the blanket body.
