<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode lighting device having a high extracting efficiency of the light. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting diode lighting device comprises a light-emitting diode chip 6 for emitting the predetermined blue light, a concave part 11 having a floodlight opening 11 for housing the light-emitting diode chip; a yellow series fluorescent material layer 14 formed with a yellow series fluorescent material excited by the light generation of the light-emitting diode chip to emit the other predetermined yellow series light added to the resin housed in the concave part; and a light transmissive/reflective film 10 formed on the light emitting/radiating surface of the light-emitting diode chip and transmitting the light generation of the light-emitting diode chip, and reflecting the light generation of the yellow series fluorescent material layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
