<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure of a motor that connects a grounding pattern of a printed circuit board to a yoke easily and surely via a grounding terminal. <P>SOLUTION: This grounding structure of a motor 10 is provided with the yoke 11 of a cylindrical shape having a bottom, a gear casing 14 that closes an opening 11a by fastening and fixing the flange portion 11b of the yoke 11 with a screw 12 and a nut 13, the printed circuit board 16 fastened and fixed to the gear casing 14 with a screw 15, and the grounding terminal 20 that connects the grounding pattern 17 of the printed circuit board 16 to the yoke 11. In this grounding structure, the nut connection portion 21 of the channel shape of the terminal 20 is made connectable freely via the screw 12 between the flange portion 11b and the nut 13.
