MOTOR UNIT AND ELECTRIC BICYCLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable motor unit and an electric bicycle using it where a resin made reducer is not broken down.

SOLUTION: A driving shaft 109 of a driving motor 101 of the motor unit 100 is inserted into a unit case 102, and meshed with teeth 116 of a resin-made gear 103. The driving motor 101 and a control circuit board 104 are connected with wiring 110. The resin-made gear 103 is provided with a windbreak fin 111, and a drive part cover 112 and a partition wall 121 are provided between the resin-made gear 103 and the control circuit board 104. The windbreak fin 111 agitates the air in the unit case 102 and enhances heat radiation from the resin-made gear 103 body.
