<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor and a sensor part thereof, achieving easy manufacture, cost reduction and high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor part of the optical sensor measures the value on the bloodstream inside a living tissue by emitting the light emitted from a light emitting element to the living tissue outside and receiving the scattered light from the living tissue by a light receiving element. In the sensor part, the light emitting element and the light receiving element are disposed on wiring patterns formed on the surface of the same flat substrate, and the light emitting element and the light receiving element are electrically connected to the respective wiring patterns.
