PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate conversion data based on CAD data and data obtained by combining them, to perform storage, update and management after guaranteeing consistency in a product configuration unit, to perform efficient update processing, following revision of the conversion source CAD data, and to stably supply decided data even during the generation or update processing of the conversion data. SOLUTION: The conversion source CAD data designated in the desired configuration unit are converted and stored, the consistency in the configuration unit is verified from a conversion result thereof, and the data obtained by combining individual pieces of the conversion data are generated when the combination is possible, and is provided to a user. Update information of the existing already converted data and the conversion source CAD data are compared, and a conversion necessity/unnecessity decision function for reconverting only the data requiring the update is added. A storage destination of the conversion data is divided into a working area and a disclosing area, and only the data decided from a verification result of the conversion result is reflected to the disclosing area, and is provided to a user.
