PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article payout device that achieves reduction of the number of components and miniaturization with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The article payout device A comprises: a plurality of stockers 2 that can store articles C in such a manner that they are stacked in a vertical direction; a stocker rotation mechanism 3 for rotating the plurality of stockers 2 around the vertical shaft; a base member 10 provided along the bottom side of the plurality of stockers 2 that has a receiving part 10A for receiving the article C at a predetermined spot where the stocker 2 stops rotating in such a manner that the article C can drop from the bottom side of the stocker 2; and a horizontally moving member 4 provided so that it moves forward and backward in a predetermined horizontal direction at the receiving part 10A that blocks up the bottom side of the stocker 2 when it is at a predetermined forward position, and opens up the bottom side of the stocker 2 when it moves to a predetermined backward position.
