PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttable laminated earth retaining wall member by a shield machine, which contributes to alleviation of large vibration at an FRP member erected in concrete or soil mortar, for instance, at the time of cutting the FRP member by the shield machine, accelerates cutting efficiency and minute cutting of excavated chippings, and exerts improved intake performance of the excavated chippings into the shield machine. SOLUTION: The cuttable earth retaining wall member 100 by the shield machine, is formed of a reinforcing member 1 made of a fiber-reinforced resin. The reinforcing member 1 has a large width relative to the thickness thereof, and is produced in one body by laminating a plurality of sheet-like webs 11 which are each long in an axial direction and formed of the fiber-reinforced resin, on each other such that plane portions each having a predetermined width face to each other, and interposing infills 12 which can be cut by the shield machine, between the mutually adjacent webs 11 formed of the fiber-reinforced resin.
