PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary detachable fastener capable of holding a strong fastening state by easily changing its engagement and disengagement with and from a bar-like body on which a male side engagement part composed of a male screw, a ring-shaped groove, or a ring-shaped projecting part is formed by merely rotating a rotary cover by a predetermined angle. SOLUTION: This rotary detachable fastener comprises a guide base 2 having a holding flange part 22 with an insertion hole 21 and a guide part 23 with a guide groove 24, a fastening block 3 having a sliding surface 31 sliding on the guide groove 24, a female side engagement surface 32 engaged with a male side engagement part b1, a pressed surfaced 33 formed on the rear surface side of the female side engagement surface 32, a biasing member 4 biasing the tightening block 3 in the direction that it retreats from the insertion hole 21, and the rotary cover 5 peripherally having a retreating part 52 in which the female side engagement surface 32 is retreated from the inside of the insertion hole 21 into an inserted state and an engagement holding part 53 holding the female side engagement surface 32 in the engagement state by advancing the female side engagement surface 32 into the insertion hole 21.
