PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device capable of setting a photographic condition to an object which a photographer intends to photograph. SOLUTION: An imaging means 20 acquires an image of the object before photographing the object. AN extraction means extracts a first partial image being in a preliminarily determined area, from the image acquired by the imaging means 20. A determination means 28 determines a photographic condition in accordance with a second partial image in an area which is a prescribed vector apart from the first partial image, in the image acquired by the imaging means 20.
