PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transistor for a signal input from being erroneously operated due to an off-leak current in a level shift circuit. SOLUTION: In the level shift circuit comprising N-type transistors 102, 103 inputting first and second input signals, respectively, which are complementary input signals using a first voltage source as a power supply to respective gates, grounding respective one-side ends and connecting the other ends to first and second nodes and a power supply circuit for supplying a voltage from a second voltage source to either of the first and second nodes; a leak current supply circuit 110 for inputting the first and second input signals and supplying a current to the first and second nodes compensates off-leak currents of the N-type transistors 102, 103.
