PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive vessel support table easy in attaching-detaching work, by preventing rubbing, touching or vibration in rotation, without requiring strict accuracy. SOLUTION: This vessel support table 1 has a holder 9 having a fitting hole 8 and a support part 11 having a fitting shaft 10 fitted to the fitting hole 8, and is formed so that a pin 15 is eccentrically arranged from the axis of the fitting hole 8 in any one of the holder 9 or the support part 11, and a pin engaging part 34 fitted to the pin 15 is arranged in the other of the holder 9 or the support part 11. Elastic members 22, 37 and 38 are interposed between the fitting hole 8 and the fitting shaft 10 and between the pin 15 and the pin engaging part 34. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
