PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance usability so that lockable parts can be locked/unlocked onto/from corresponding locking parts by bringing a handle member into an upright position/lying position, a container and lid can be securely lifted by bringing the handle member into the upright position and the lid can be detached from the container by bringing the handle member in a horizontally lying position. SOLUTION: The lid 2 is fitted over the opening of the container 1. Pivotally attaching parts 7 are formed on the upper face of the lid so that the handle member 8 is freely put in the upright position. The container is provided with locking parts 9. The handle member is provided with lockable parts 11, which are locked onto the corresponding locking parts when the handle member is in the upright position, and are unlocked from the locking parts when the handle member is in the horizontally lying position.
