<p>A machine for peeling or shelling crustaceans and partic. boiled shrimps, comprises a series of identical peeling heads comprising two oppositely situated dish-shaped parts with their edges facing and thereby forming a chamber, pref. leaving a gap between these edges through which a major part of the shells can be ejected. The inner wall of each dish shaped part is pref. provided with sharp points, teeth etc.</p> |
