A liquid level measurement apparatus is provided to simplify an overall structure to measure a level of liquid accommodated in a tank by using an integrated construction. A liquid level measurement apparatus(1) includes a supply, a backflow preventing unit(3), a protecting unit(4), and a measuring unit(5). The supply(2) includes an air supplying unit, a second chamber(22), a flow rate opening and closing unit(23), a first chamber(24), a flow rate controller, a first supplying path(26), a first branch(27), and a body(28). The air supply has a hollow shape with a conduit to introduce compressed air into the liquid level measurement apparatus, and has a side connected to an external pipe, the other side coupled with the body of the supply through threads formed in the outer circumference, a filter, and an O-ring. The filter has a side inserted into the supply, the other side connected to the air supply, and a fixed flange. The O-ring is inserted between the air supply and the filter to prevent the compressed air from leaking.
