<p>A nanocrystallised wound core without a localised air gap is made of a nanocrystalline material with the atomic composition [Fe 1 - aNi a]100-x-z-alpha -beta - gamma Cu xSi yB zNb ~ aM' ~ bM" ~ c, with a # 0.3, 0.6 = x = 1.5, 10 = y = 17, 5 = z = 14, 2 = alpha = 6, beta = 7, gamma = 8, M1 being at least one of the elements V, Cr, Al and Zn and M" being at least one of the elements C, Ge, P, Ga, Sb, In and Be. It has a permeability (mu ) of between 200 and 4000, a saturation of more than 1T, an induction field where the permeability does not vary more than 5% greater than 0.9T, a residual induction of less than 0.02T and a cutting frequency greater than 1 MHz and such that mu varies less than 1% when the core is subjected to an ageing of 100 hours at more than 100 o>C, mu varies less than 5% when the core is coated, mu varies less than 15% when the temperature varies between -25 and +60 o>C and of less than 25% when the temperature varies between -40 and +120 o>C, and in that mu varies in a monotone and substantially fashion with the temperature between -40 and +120 o>C. An independent claim is also included for an electrical measuring device of the energy meter type or current probe type incorporating at least one magnetic core.</p> |
