A blow molding machine for a rectangular barrel of a uniform thickness is provided to form a uniform thickness of the barrel without expanding the mapping of lip dies. In a lip dies of a blowing molding machine, an inner die(15a) and an outer die(15b) of the lip dies form an annular orifice(O). A resin discharged through the orifice forms a parison. The outer die forms a thin resilient bushing shape. Cylinders(30a,30b) pushing the outer die inward is provided at the periphery of the outer die in a direction in which the straight lines of the rectangular barrel are formed. The thickness of the orifice in the direction in which the straight lines of the rectangular barrel is thinner than the thickness of the orifice in the direction in which the corners of the rectangular barrel is formed.
