SLUDGE TREATMENT APPARATUS WITH THICKENER AND DRIERSYSTEM

A sludge treatment apparatus by thickening, concentrating and centrifugal dehydrating is provided to connect a thickener to a centrifugal dehydrator by a screw feeder for promoting smooth conveying of sludge with high efficiency in a compact structure. A sludge treatment apparatus by thickening, concentrating and centrifugal dehydrating includes a thickener(100) for thickening sludge directly introduced from a sludge reservoir and concentrating the same by solid-liquid separation. A centrifugal dehydrator(200) receives the concentrated sludge in the state of thickened floc from the thickener by natural flowing and dehydrates the concentrated sludge by centrifugal force. A screw feeder(300) connects the thickener to the centrifugal dehydrator and assists the concentrated sludge to move to the centrifugal dehydrator while keeping the floc state.
