An air injection type pillow having a shade is provided to protect a face part from ultraviolet rays when a user takes a rest or gets a tan with lying on the outside or a beach, and to be used as a mini-bag if air is removed from the pillow. The air injection type pillow having a shade includes: a pillow body(10) having air inlet(12) for injecting air therein, a head receiving part(11), adhesive units(13,14,15), a zipper(16), and a zipper handle(17), and formed in an air tube structure; and a shade(20) formed in a dome shape with a convex outside and a concave inside, and having adhesive units(23,24,25) respectively formed on upper and lower parts, an advertising space(22) formed on the outside for attaching an advertising sticker, and an air injection part(21) that air is injected.
