An apparatus and a method for discharging a gas in a vacuum injection mold are provided to prevent generation of bubbles due to the gas generated in the interior of the mold. An apparatus for discharging a gas in a vacuum injection mold includes a vacuum generating section(110), a compressor, and an opening/closing valve(120). The injection mold includes a grill injection section for forming a grill structure in an injection-molded article and a boss injection section for forming a plurality of bosses. A plurality of minute gas discharge pins(125) for discharging the gas to the vacuum generating section is inserted into the grill injection molding section or the boss injection molding section. The minute gas discharge pins are connected to the vacuum generating section.
