A ventilation system with a humidification and removing condensed water is provided to minimizing operation costs of the ventilation system by minimizing a temperature difference between indoor air and outdoor air. A ventilation system with a humidification and removing condensed water includes a heat exchanger, an exhaust pipe(230), and an intake pipe(250). The heat exchanger is installed inside a construction structure(C1). Indoor air discharged through the exhaust pipe exchanges heat with outdoor air from outside through the intake pipe. An outdoor unit(300) is installed at outside of the construction structure. A refrigerant exchanges heat through the outdoor unit, is supplied into an indoor unit through a pipe(310), and exchanges heat with recirculated indoor air while passing through the indoor unit for maintaining the indoor air uniformly.
