The arrangement of fuel cells (1) includes a facility for individual determination of the pressure drop, flow resistance or other corresponding value in the flow path (7) of each fuel cell (2). There is only one pressure sensor (24) in the gas outlet line, or there is a pressure sensor for each cell. Measured signals are used to control the gas flows.
