METHOD FOR CAPTURING TEXT DATA AND/OR IMAGE DATA FOR PRODUCING IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS

The method begins by obtaining electronic graphic data of a customer using suitable photographic procedures or a digital camera. Electronic text data about the customer are then entered using suitable input procedures. An electronic data record is produced using the obtained electronic graphic data and entered electronic text data. The signature of the customer is obtained electronically to complete the identification document of the customer.
