<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna structure for a mobile apparatus whereby the mobile apparatus with a low profile can be realized. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna is configured with an insulator 27 fixed on the surface of a base 21, an antenna conductor 28 placed nearly in parallel with the base 21 on an upper face of the insulator 27, and a ground conductor 29 placed nearly in parallel with the antenna conductor 28 on the rear side of the base plate 21.
